Single-core electric heating cable is used for outdoor and indoor installation. It is used for snow and ice protection systems on ground surfaces, heating pipes and soil, and in concrete floors. Installation on the roof is prohibited.
It is manufactured as a single-core shielded heating cable with shielded cold leads with sealed heat-shrinkable transition sleeves.
When connecting a 400 V cable to a 220/230 V voltage, the specific power is 6/6.6 W/m. Use for frost protection of foundations of cold rooms.
